Yes. Aadyah Wellness Foundation is a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U88900HR2026NPL148562, incorporated on 29 July 2026. The CIN is publicly verifiable on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal, and our registration details are published in full on our Governance page.
No. Our wellbeing work is preventive and community-based. We do not provide diagnosis, therapy or emergency care, and we are not a substitute for clinical treatment. For urgent support, Tele-MANAS is available at 14416.
Very likely. Write to us at info@aadyah.org with the subject line Programme, telling us where you are and what you are trying to change, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Not at present. Aadyah was incorporated on 29 July 2026 and does not yet hold 80G registration, so contributions made now do not carry a tax deduction. We will update our Donate page the day that changes.
Aadyah Wellness Foundation was incorporated on 29 July 2026. We are early, and we say so on our Impact page rather than implying a track record we have not yet built.

We publish audited financials and programme reports, and we report to partners against outcomes agreed before the work begins.
